Terms of Service

By booking a reservation with Arizona Limousines, Inc. you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of service:

Cancellation of any vehicle type less than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up in local time in the continental United States (and less than 24 hours from local time if international) will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% recommended tip.

If you do not see your chauffeur, you must call us at 800-678-0033 or 602-267-7097 to avoid a 'no show' charge which is equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% recommended tip. Arizona Limousines, Inc. shall not be liable for passenger flights or trains that are missed, cancelled, diverted, or delayed, or any other incident which results in your failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. In situations arising from cancellations and re-bookings, Arizona Limousines, Inc. will do its best to fulfill clients' needs without detriment to other reserved clients. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time, without notice thereof, by updating this information, so please check this page before booking.

Disclaimer: A recommended tip amount will be added for your convenience only. The payment of this recommended tip is subject to your complete discretion and may be increased, decreased, or eliminated entirely. Any tip received will be remitted in full to your chauffeur.
