Airport Arrival Procedures
The chauffeur, office staff, and the Limo Magic Flight Tracking Software, will monitor all airport arrivals. Our chauffeur staff is required to be on location in baggage claim, at the bottom of the escalator, at least 15 minutes prior to wheels down. All drivers are professionally dressed in a black suit, white shirt, and tie. Signage will be provided at no additional cost.

Our chauffeurs stand in plain view of all passengers with client signage. If the passenger(s) is not found by the time the luggage carousel is turned on, our chauffeur will utilize the airport public paging system. The page will transmit throughout the entire airport in all three terminals. If there is no response to the page, our driver will make every attempt to locate the client through our office. Our chauffeur stays on location for one hour after actual arrival time, just in case. Only then, will management report the trip as a full-pay, no-show.
